Our darkest roast is straightforward, light-bodied with low acidity, and immensely popular for its intense smokiness.
Medium-dark roast coffee is of a brown color and rarely has an oily surface. These coffees typically have a medium acidity and body, along with a well-rounded flavor profile. Roasting the coffee beans to this level helps to maintain many of the unique flavors of the coffee's origin, while also starting to bring out the deep caramel sweetness of a longer roast. As a result, these coffees have a good balance and are slightly darker and sweeter. However, some of the brighter notes of a light roast may be lost in the process.

Collaborating with the renowned exporter, Belift Green Beans, this cooperative is committed to bringing forth exceptional, transparent coffees to new and discerning markets. The natural processing of this coffee involves careful nurturing in the incredibly humid environment, ensuring unwavering consistency and superior quality.
