Gas control

Gas pressure control:Gas pressure meter is equipped with 304 stainless steel needle valve,can achieve more accurate gas pressure adjustment.

Automatic ignition function:The ignitor will be automatically fire up when you press the ignition button.Then the solenoid valve will open automatically and switch on the gas.The red LED button will lit up if the burner are flaming.Solenoid valve will shut off gas automatically and the buzzer will start to ring if there is no flame in 10 seconds.

Detection of flame extinction:The ignitor will be automatically fire up if the flame goes out whenyou are baking.Solenoid valve will shut off gas automatically and the buzzer will start to ring if there is no flame in 10 seconds.

Thermostatical control:Temperature controller can set the constant temperature.The machine will shut off the gas when the temperature reaches the set temperature.When the temperature is lower than the set temperature,the machine can switch on the gas automatically and start heating,so that the temperature has been constant at the set temperature.

Inside

• Roater Drum:Using the international 304 standard food grade stainless steel, to make sure the pure taste of roasted coffee beans is not affected by other off-flavors. With the independent design of the stirring blades,the coffee beans will do reciprocating moving in drum, make the baking more uniform, the skin more easily to drop off.
• Gas Burner: using high efficiency energy--saving furnace head,the fire is more powerful,and more economical to use. Maximum heating rate is 20 degrees / min, to meet the changing needs of the baking.
• Insulation Layer: There is a 30mm thick insulation layer to reduce temperature loss.

Operation

I. Connection of gas and electric circuit

1. Connect one end of the gas pipe with a pressure reducing valve to the gas source, the other end connected to the gas machine interface, and fixed with a clamping band to prevent gas leakage.

2. Connect the machine power plug to the single phase AC 220V power supply.

3. Power button: press the power button, the drum motor and the hot air blower start running.

4. Heating button: press the heating button, the machine will automatically switch on gas and ignition.Need to confirm the gas control valve open in a smaller position before pressing the heating button,Otherwise,the gas pressure meter will be damaged if the gas flow is too large.The maximum pressure is limited below 5KPa.

5. Cooling button: press the cooling button,the cooling fan start working.

Cleaning and maintenance

• There will be some silver skin fall into the drawer during the baking process , just pull out the drawer and pour out the silver skin.
• There will be a little silver skin and broken beans under cooling plate, just take out the cooling plate to clean the inside.
• There will be a lot of silver skin in collecting barrel, just open the hinge so can clean the silver skin inside.
